Doña Isabel María Piar Lottyn, nació en La Laguna de Tenerife el 7 de julio de 1729. Se casó con don Martín Soublette Naury, nacido en La Veille, Bayona, Francia, y bautizado el 25 de julio de 1724, siendo hijo del capitán de navío don Etienne Soublette Duloué y de doña Gracy de Naury Dubroca, nieto por línea paterna de don Dominique Soublette y de doña Jeanne Duloué, y nieto por línea materna del escribano público don Bernard de Naury y de doña Jeanne Dubroca. Don Martín se trasladó a Venezuela en calidad de capitán, dueño y administrador de todo el cargamento de la fragata "Nuestra Señora del Coro y las Ánimas", alias "La Guipúzcoa",(4) arribando a La Guaira, donde se instaló para dedicarse al comercio, que ejerció con provecho. Otorgó testamento en Macuto, siendo ya viudo, ante el notario de La Guaira, el 19 de mayo de 1786, y falleció en el referido puerto de La Guaira el 24 de julio de 1786
