"Richard of Conisburgh, 3rd Earl of Cambridge (c. 20 July 1385 – 5 August 1415) was the second son of Edmund of Langley, 1st Duke of York, and Isabella of Castile. At the age of thirty he was beheaded for his part in the Southampton plot, a conspiracy against King Henry V. He was the father of Richard Plantagenet, 3rd Duke of York, and the grandfather of King Edward IV and King Richard III."

Ricardo de Conisburgh (20 de julio de 1375 - 5 de agosto de 1415) fue un noble inglés y conde de Cambridge desde 1414. Nació en el castillo de Conisburgh —de donde le proviene el sobrenombre— siendo el segundo hijo varón de Edmundo de Langley, duque de York, y de Isabel de Castilla.

Se casó en mayo de 1406, con Ana Mortimer, hija de Roger Mortimer, conde de March y Ulster —bisnieta de Eduardo III de Inglaterra— y de Alianore Holland —nieta del primer matrimonio de Juana de Kent, y por tanto, sobrina de Ricardo II de Inglaterra—. De este matrimonio nacieron dos hijos:

Isabel (1409-m. 1484), casada primero con Tomás Grey de Werke —el matrimonio es anulado en 1430—, y luego con Enrique Bourchier, conde de Essex.
Ricardo (21 de septiembre de 1411-31 de diciembre de 1460), conde de Cambridge y luego duque de York al suceder a su tío.
Fallecida su esposa Ana, poco después de dar a luz a su segundo hijo (septiembre de 1411), se casa en segundas nupcias en 1415 con Maud de Clifford (m. 1446), de la que no tuvo descendencia.

Creado conde de Cambridge —por cesión de su hermano— en 1414, poco después es acusado de traición al rey y decapitado en Southampton Green, el 5 de agosto de 1415, siendo sepultado en la misma localidad de Southampton.
