Luis de Guardafia fue el último jefe aborigen de la isla de Lanzarote, España. Durante la conquista de Lanzarote en 1402 pactó la paz con Jean de Bethencourt. Poco después el pacto fue traicionado por los normandos, que capturaron numerosos esclavos entre la población nativa para llevarlos a la corte de Castilla. Fue capturado primero por Berthin de Beneval y después por Gadifer de la Salle, consiguiendo escapar en las dos ocasiones. En 1404 se rindió ante la sangrienta represión de Gadifer y se convirtió al cristianismo. Posteriormente participaría en la conquista de la vecina isla de Fuerteventura.
